Summary

The Client Advisor in Aspen will drive sales and deliver exceptional service, building enduring relationships and creating elevated shopping experiences for a discerning clientele. This role supports store success through personalized outreach, strong product knowledge, and collaboration with the sales team. The advisor also assists with merchandising and operational tasks to optimize performance and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to continuous team sales growth.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and follow up after purchases.
• Collect and update client information to tailor future interactions and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
