Client Advisor responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. Role focuses on building client relationships, product knowledge, and creating elevated shopping experiences to support store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships with follow up and after sales support
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions
• Actively engage clients to promote products and provide personalized assistance
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Work with store leadership to execute action plans to improve sales
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience preferably in luxury retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP and other digital tools
• Excellent customer service teamwork and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
