Job Description

Summary

Join the store team as a Client Advisor responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional luxury service. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, providing product expertise, and ensuring an elevated shopping experience aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed personal sales goals and support team sales growth
  • Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients
  • Engage proactively with clients to promote products and personalize service
  • Follow up on purchases and provide after sales support
  • Collect and maintain client information for future interactions
  • Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Collaborate with store leadership to execute sales action plans
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools
  • Strong customer service, teamwork, and problem solving skills
  • General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
