Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. The role focuses on building client relationships, providing personalized assistance, and supporting store performance through product knowledge and teamwork. The advisor will maintain store standards and contribute to visual merchandising and post-sale client care.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow up and after sales support
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions
• Actively engage with clients to promote products and provide personalized assistance
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans to improve sales
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
