Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor will drive sales growth and deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients in the Scottsdale store. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, curating elevated shopping experiences, and supporting overall store performance. The advisor will work closely with the team and leadership to meet business objectives and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and follow up after purchases.
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to execute action plans to improve sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
