Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and support team sales growth
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge during client interactions

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships including follow up and after-sales support
• Collect and update client information to tailor future services
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure seamless shopping experiences
• Oversee and maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales performance and store operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
