Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor will drive sales growth and deliver exceptional, personalized service to Loro Piana clients in the Vancouver store. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, providing product expertise, and ensuring an elevated in-store shopping experience that supports store performance and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships with follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions.
• Actively engage clients to promote products and provide tailored assistance.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Work with store leadership to execute action plans and identify opportunities to optimize sales and operations.
• Role model company values in all client and team interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory processes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
