Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional, personalized service to Louis Vuitton clients at the Michigan Avenue flagship. In this part-time or full-time retail role, you will drive sales, advise clients across product categories, and use in-house clienteling tools to build long-term relationships. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, curiosity, and the ability to create memorable luxury experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Advise and guide clients across the brand and all product categories.
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Tailor in-store experiences to client needs and deliver personalized service.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in customer-centric roles.
• Demonstrated sales orientation and a commercial mindset with a drive to meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to learn and utilize brand knowledge and clienteling systems.
