Client Advisor

Summary

Provide personalized luxury service to clients at the Jacksonville store as a Client Advisor. Deliver exceptional client experiences, build long-term relationships using in-house clienteling tools, and contribute to individual and team sales targets. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available; Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and ensure every client interaction reflects company values.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
• Maintain and expand product knowledge across all categories to provide informed, personalized advice.
• Use clienteling tools to manage follow-up and develop long-term client relationships; collaborate with team members to support store performance.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to meet sales goals and drive performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment; Spanish-speaking preferred.
