Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor provides exceptional, personalized service to clients at the Palm Beach Gardens store, acting as a dedicated brand ambassador. This role focuses on understanding client needs, building long-term relationships through clienteling tools, and contributing to individual and team sales objectives. Positions are available on both a part time and full time basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of client service and personalized shopping experiences.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and product expertise across all categories.

• Use clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain client relationships and follow up.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high end or luxury environment, or strong background in a customer centric role.
• Demonstrated sales and commercial mindset with the ability to meet sales goals.
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across categories and to use clienteling tools effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
