Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will be an ambassador of the brand, creating memorable, personalized experiences and building long-term client relationships through in-store service and clienteling tools. You will advise clients across product categories and work to achieve individual and team sales objectives while continuously developing product knowledge and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality service that reflects the brand promise.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within high-end or luxury markets; strong customer-centric backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated sales and commercial mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form meaningful client relationships.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and use in-house clienteling tools and systems.
