Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at MCM in Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service.
• Initiate and build relationships through creative selling and client-book management.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain the visual and general maintenance of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.
• Assist in maintaining inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multi-task with ease.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales focus.
• Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong desire for fashion and results-driven attitude.
