Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment, building personal client relationships and meeting sales targets. The role supports store visual standards, stockroom maintenance and handles customer repairs and custom design guidance. Works in a fast paced setting requiring strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients
• Initiate and build relationships and personal business through creative selling and client book outreach
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies
• Complete sales including post sale follow up
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and general maintenance of the selling floor
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options
• Assist in maintenance of inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
• Computer skills including retail point of sale, Word, Excel and email
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven
