Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service at the MCM boutique in King Of Prussia, PA. The role focuses on building client relationships through creative selling, client-book outreach and post-sale follow up while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and maintaining the selling floor and inventory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service.
• Initiate and build personal client business through creative selling, client-book outreach and mailings.
• Complete sales through post-sale follow up and client relationship management.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and selling strategies.
• Maintain visual standards and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and custom design needs.
• Assist in maintaining stockroom and selling floor inventories.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy and sales focused attitude.
• Computer skills including operation of retail POS, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong desire for fashion and a results-driven mindset.
