Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. The role focuses on building client relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual presentation on the selling floor, and supporting inventory and repair processes. This position requires a high-energy, sales-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills. The Client Advisor will work closely with clients to recommend products and follow up after sales to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients
• Initiate and build relationships using client book and mailings
• Complete sales and perform post sale follow up
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans
• Maintain visual presentation and general maintenance of the selling floor
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options
• Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service and priorities
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
• Sales driven, positive and outgoing personality
• Computer skills including POS, Word, Excel and email
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven
