Summary

Provide exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment, building client relationships and driving sales through proactive outreach and follow up. Maintain high standards for the selling floor and support inventory and repair processes. Thrive in a fast paced, results driven atmosphere with a strong focus on fashion and customer priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized selling experiences
• Initiate and build client relationships using client book and mailings
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and execute weekly sales plans
• Complete sales and conduct post sale follow up
• Maintain visual standards and general upkeep of the selling floor
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options
• Assist with maintenance of inventory in the stockroom and on the floor

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service and priorities
• Ability to multitask and perform in a high paced environment
• Positive outgoing high energy and sales focused personality
• Proficiency with retail point of sale systems and basic computer skills
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven mindset
