Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor provides exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. This role builds client relationships, achieves sales goals, and supports the presentation and upkeep of the selling floor and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and grow a personal business through creative selling, client-book use, mailings, and post-sale follow-up.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and selling strategies.
• Maintain the visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs, advise clients on pieces suited to their needs, and help create custom designs.
• Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial, and sales-focused approach.
• Computer proficiency, including retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong interest in fashion and a results-driven mindset.
