Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at MCM in Tampa, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales goals, and ensuring the visual and operational excellence of the store.

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to all clients.
• Initiate and build relationships through creative selling and client-book management.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain the visual and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and custom design options.
• Assist in managing inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with a focus on sales.
• Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong desire for fashion and results-driven mindset.
