Client Advisor - Madison Avenue

Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador delivering an exceptional in-store luxury experience on Madison Avenue, build client relationships to drive sales and loyalty, and represent product and brand knowledge while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers providing excellent in-store experiences
• Develop and maintain client relationships through individualized approaches and CRM use
• Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales and meet individual targets and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary
• Maintain shop floor and visual display standards and follow stock procedures
• Contribute to store security and prevent product theft

Requirements

• Passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem solving skills and curiosity about luxury, fashion, art and design
• Knowledge and passion for the product category
• Excellent communication skills; English required
