Summary

The Client Advisor delivers personalized luxury service and sells watches, accessories, and services while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role builds lasting client relationships, develops sales opportunities, and supports boutique operations as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Drive sales, identify new opportunities, recruit clients, and meet turnover targets.
• Maintain client relationships and databases, and manage daily clienteling activities.
• Handle customer service requests and operational tasks with care.
• Represent the brand, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to boutique teamwork and administration.
• Build knowledge of the brand's history, products, partnerships, and the luxury watch industry.

Requirements

• Three to five years of sales or hospitality experience; sales or hospitality background preferred.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using video chat software.
• Strong selling, communication, networking, and customer service skills.
• Organized, reliable, results-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated understanding of luxury service, etiquette, and client satisfaction.
