Summary
Provide exceptional luxury client service to drive sales and build long term relationships through personalized experiences, styling guidance, and expert product knowledge. Support boutique operations including merchandising, visual standards, and CRM activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
- Master the client journey to create lasting client relationships and deliver couture level service.
- Proactively engage existing and potential clientele and execute personalized reach out campaigns.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client data, complete clienteling tasks, and meet CRM targets.
- Provide styling advice, curate looks, and stay informed on trends and new arrivals.
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain product presentation, restock the sales floor, and liaise with visual team on displays.
- Operate POS for client transactions and support operational tasks such as shipping and receiving when needed.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs.
- Strong customer relationship building and communication skills.
- Computer literacy including POS and MS Office programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Action oriented with a drive for results and strong problem solving skills.
- Team player; foreign languages are a plus.
