Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Maison Margiela in Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for understanding and communicating the brand's values while fostering a loyal customer base.

• Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all products and keep up-to-date on all product categories in store.
• Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process to ensure all clients receive the highest degree of sophistication and enjoyable service possible.
• Provide strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up with clients through various communication methods and maintain a client book.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Participate in inventory processes and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• 4+ years of experience in a premium or luxury commission sales environment.
• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication proficiency.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
