Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor Manager at Moncler Rodeo Drive, you will be a Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional business results by leading and coaching a team. You will support the cultivation of client relationships, foster the achievement of sales goals, and ensure the utmost level of client experience is delivered to all Moncler clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team delivers the Moncler Client Promise through consistent coaching and development.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
  • Manage and inspire the team to drive business and create a positive work environment.
  • Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset and support long-term client relationships.
  • Provide the Merchandising team with product recommendations and feedback.
  • Drive performance during Client Experience Management segments through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure adherence to Company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
  • Technologically adept with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
