Summary
The Client Advisor serves as a Brand Ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, cultivating relationships, and supporting store goals. Reporting to store leadership, the role contributes to visual merchandising, training support, and day to day store operations while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients to provide exceptional brand experiences.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships through active clientele management.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT.
- Proactively follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Collaborate with store team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and brand knowledge with willingness to learn products.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to perform other duties as requested by management.
