Client Advisor - Miami Beach

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences, supports store goals, and may assist with visual merchandising or training. Reporting to store leadership, the role focuses on discovering client needs, cultivating relationships, and achieving sales and KPI targets while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide high quality client experiences consistent with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT.
• Support inventory preparation and operational tasks as required.
• Follow up on customer charges, repairs, and holds.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
• Interest in fashion and luxury goods and ability to learn brand and product knowledge.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
