Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

Retail Client Advisor responsible for delivering an exceptional selling ceremony and representing the brand to develop a local and international client book. Uphold quality standards, provide high level customer service, and drive sales through relationship building and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets
• Incorporate product knowledge and brand history into the selling ceremony
• Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database
• Build and expand a client book and maintain customer correspondence
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, repairs and client matters
• Assist in visual merchandising and general store housekeeping
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience
• Experience in luxury consumer goods preferred
• Strong drive for business results and passion for fashion
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through skills
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus
