Summary
Seeking a Client Advisor to support the store team in the Miami Design District by delivering exceptional luxury retail service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining high visual and product standards. The role focuses on client outreach, appointments, and preserving client profiles while assisting with basic store operations and merchandising tasks.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Use the Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and close sales
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles
- Maintain product knowledge across collections using provided training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful workplace
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and well-groomed appearance with team orientation and strong work ethic
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work closing shifts at least 3 times per week, minimum 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month
- Available for annual inventory and the holiday season
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
