Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

Luxury retail sales role responsible for meeting individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional service in the Miami Design District location. The Client Advisor will develop product knowledge, maintain and expand a client book, support store operations, and follow up on client requests to ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain client information in the customer database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and perform consistent client follow up
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and resolution of client issues
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Candidates with existing client books are strongly preferred
• Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design
• Foreign language skills a plus
