Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for achieving individual and store sales targets in a luxury retail environment. The role requires developing product knowledge, maintaining and expanding a client book, promoting store events, and supporting store operations including shipping receiving and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and enter customer information into the database
• Promote store events through email phone and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping alterations and client issue resolution
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience preferably in luxury
• Demonstrated sales focus and service orientation
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Tech savvy with ability to utilize CRM and sales tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
