Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Client Advisor contributes to store sales by building lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and refined selling ceremonies. This luxury retail role promotes the brand image while collaborating to achieve both quantitative and qualitative store objectives in the Miami Design District location.

Responsibilities

• Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by management.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product categories and stay current on trends.
• Manage and optimize each step of the sales process to deliver sophisticated customer service.
• Build and maintain a client book with records of preferences and life events and follow up with clients.
• Schedule client appointments and pull merchandise in advance.
• Support brand image and adhere to dress code and qualitative standards.
• Participate in inventory and maintain a clean organized store environment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is accurately tagged and priced.

Requirements

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Proven sales track record and achievement of sales goals.
• Preferred 4+ years in premium or luxury commission sales environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
