Client Advisor - Miami Design District

As a Client Advisor at the Miami Design District, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Moncler Client Promise and representing the Brand's values. You will create exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering their needs, and guiding them across the brand, while achieving and exceeding individual and store goals. Additionally, you will support the store team with Visual Merchandising or Training needs.

• Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience in line with Moncler standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs such as ADT, UPT, Data Capture, and Repurchase Rate.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and respect Moncler Brand standards in grooming and behavior.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fashion-forward with a passion for the Brand and the fashion/luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
