Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador at the Miami Design District store who delivers exceptional client experiences, cultivates long-term relationships, and drives sales performance. Reporting to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager/Director, the role supports store operations and may assist with visual merchandising or training needs. The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving KPIs, mastering product knowledge, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a high level of personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs such as ADT, UPT, and repurchase rate.
• Analyze personal performance and adjust sales approach to meet targets.
• Support inventory preparation, customer charge sends, repairs, and holds follow-up.
• Maintain and support visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Collaborate with store leadership and operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-oriented experience considered.
• Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to adapt to store needs.
• Ability to learn and master brand and product knowledge.
