Summary
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience representing the brand in the Miami Design District. Build and deepen client relationships, achieve commercial targets through proactive clienteling, and provide elevated in-store service using brand-specific selling behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Embody the brand and deliver memorable client experiences using the brand selling methodology.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert appointments and walk-in clients through discovery and personalized recommendations.
- Promote key product pillars to drive sales performance.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience and act on client feedback.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook email.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferably a college degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
