Summary

As a Client Advisor you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized appointments and clienteling. You will develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and consistently achieve store sales targets while demonstrating expert product knowledge and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients on the sales floor and during appointments to understand needs and recommend product
• Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data for outreach
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive repeat business
• Deliver a high level of service using the brand's selling methodology and elevate in-store experiences
• Use POS and client tracking systems to complete transactions and manage client information

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles
• Proven track record of meeting commercial results and strong selling skills
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and provide exceptional service
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook; authorization to work in the United States
• College degree and multilingual skills preferred
