The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, guiding clients across the brand, and cultivating relationships while supporting store goals and visual merchandising or training needs as required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience in line with brand standards
- Develop and cultivate long lasting client relationships through engagement and active client management
- Drive sales and achieve key KPIs such as ADT UPT and data capture
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new clients to grow business
- Support inventory preparation execution and follow up on charges repairs and holds
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards in the store
- Collaborate with operations and store leadership to ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Participate as a team player contributing to overall store objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Dependable punctual and flexible with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools including Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate in English required additional languages such as Spanish Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
