Client Advisor - Montecito

As a Client Advisor at Bottega Veneta in Montecito, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in luxury.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
