Client Advisor - Naples Waterside

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional, personalized service while achieving individual sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise, brand storytelling, and tailored recommendations while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable client experiences, product recommendations, and styling guidance.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership and support business results.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping.
• Locate merchandise across boutiques, process charge-send sales, and maintain assigned stock.
• Participate in inventory counts, protect boutique assets, and assist with packing or wrapping merchandise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate relevant store equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow store security procedures, including securing the premises as needed.
