Summary

Join a luxury leather-goods couture house as a Client Advisor responsible for driving individual and store sales through exceptional clienteling, product knowledge, and maintaining the store image. This role focuses on building and expanding a client book, supporting store operations, and promoting events to achieve sales and consignment goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow up
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and client-related issue resolution
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
• Proven clienteling skills; candidates with existing client books preferred
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills are a plus
