Client Advisor - Neiman Marcus

As a Client Advisor at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills, you will be part of a dynamic team, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to the success of Bottega Veneta by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work closing shifts and during the holiday season.
