Summary
Luxury sales role representing the brand to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize individual and team sales through relationship building, product knowledge, and adherence to brand standards. The Client Advisor is responsible for welcoming clients, capturing client data, promoting omni channel engagement, and maintaining high visual and operational standards on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence in-store throughout the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities
- Promote and embrace an omni channel mindset and support cross selling across departments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional client experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and product assortment
- Provide brand and product expertise and proactively maximize sales opportunities to meet targets and KPIs
- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Ensure shop floor presentation and visual displays meet company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to loss prevention and maintain a high level of security awareness
Requirements
- Passion for selling and experience working in store environments
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design with product category knowledge
- Experience building long lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
- Ambition, resilience, self motivation, and result driven attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving orientation
- Fluency in English; additional languages desirable
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional client service
