Summary

Provide an exceptional in-store luxury experience as the brand ambassador, maximizing sales and fostering long-term client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge. Represent the brand values while contributing to store performance and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers delivering excellent in-store experiences
• Maintain and develop client relationships using individual approaches and CRM tools
• Proactively engage in cross selling with all departments to maximize sales and meet targets and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity
• Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge to guide clients
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary
• Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet company operational guidelines
• Follow stock procedures and contribute to loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Previous experience building long-lasting client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and human relations with interest in luxury fashion
• Problem solving skills, curiosity, and knowledge of product category
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English required; additional languages are a plus
