Summary

The Client Advisor drives individual and store sales by delivering personalized service, leveraging product knowledge, and maintaining and expanding a client book. The role also supports store operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and upkeep of the store image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database and follow up on client needs
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes; maintain and expand a client book
• Assist with shipping, alterations, receiving, inventory control, general housekeeping, and store presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Passion for luxury product, service orientation, and customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
