Responsibilities
- Create and master the client journey to develop long term client relationships.
- Engage proactively with existing and potential clientele and meet CRM targets.
- Execute personalized reach out campaigns and maintain client data and notes.
- Style clients using up to date fashion knowledge and prepare for client appointments.
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs, and customer issues.
- Maintain product presentation, replenish merchandise, and manage warehouse stock.
- Partner with team and visual staff to uphold store presentation standards.
- Use POS to perform client transactions and execute operational tasks when needed.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs.
- Strong customer relationship building and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with retail POS and MS Office programs.
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving ability.
- Team player who can support store operations.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
