Join the store team as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager, representing a luxury brand at Nordstrom Valley Fair. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store presentation and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Use the Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize each transaction and close sales
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Establish and maintain client profile records and nurture strong client relationships
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
- Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be mobile on the sales floor and assist during inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong clientelling skills and ability to build a loyal client following
- Excellent verbal and written communication and polished appearance
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and leadership traits
- Availability to work required closing shifts, minimum Saturdays and Sundays per month, inventory and holiday season
- Ability to be on the sales floor for extended periods and climb a ladder
- Ability to lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
