The Part Time Client Advisor provides exceptional personalized service to luxury clients, drives sales, and builds long term relationships while representing the brand at the NorthPark location. This role focuses on client engagement, product knowledge, and maintaining store standards to deliver a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional approach
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Drive sales through upselling and cross selling strategies
• Build and maintain a client book and conduct follow ups
• Support store presentation and visual merchandising activities
• Process transactions and operate POS efficiently
• Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Represent the brand and uphold its standards and image

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail or high end fashion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales driven with ability to meet targets
• Customer centric and detail oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Multilingual skills preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
