Client Advisor - NorthPark

Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers an exceptional in-store luxury experience. This role builds lasting client relationships, promotes brand loyalty, and contributes to individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Record client information in the company CRM and develop ongoing client relationships.
• Promote cross-selling and omnichannel engagement while working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong product and fashion knowledge, shop-floor standards, and visual displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues, address client complaints, and help protect merchandise from theft.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-term client relationships and knowledge of the relevant product category.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, resilience, ambition, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
