Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering excellent client service and achieving individual sales goals. This role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise and a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to boutique performance and sales goals.
• Follow store security procedures and operate necessary sales and office equipment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury consumer goods experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with a drive for business results and an interest in fashion.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds.
