Summary

The Client Advisor drives boutique sales by achieving individual targets and delivering memorable client experiences. The role builds lasting client relationships through clienteling, brand storytelling, and omnichannel engagement while supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and clienteling objectives, including outreach, appointments, and sales from appointments.
• Deliver personalized service, collect and use client data, and communicate the brand story and product details.
• Support colleagues, contribute sales development ideas, and represent the brand at events.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, security, store opening and closing, aftersales, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Follow retail procedures and internal control policies while contributing to an inclusive and supportive work environment.

• Demonstrate a performance-driven approach to achieving sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Build personal client connections and deliver high-quality service across client touchpoints.
• Use retail tools, including CEGID and Salesforce, and follow brand, grooming, and visual merchandising guidelines.
