Client Advisor - Oakridge Park Mall

Join CELINE's new Oakridge Park Mall store in Vancouver as a Client Advisor supporting the store opening and ongoing sales efforts. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury service, building and maintaining a client book, and achieving individual and store sales targets. You will also support store operations including shipping, receiving, and maintaining the store image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database and expand a client book
• Promote store events and follow up with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other issues
• Assist with general housekeeping, store presentation, shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment
• Computer literate and tech savvy with ability to learn various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus and sales drive
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with an existing client book and additional language skills are preferred
