Client Advisor - Oakridge Park Mall

Summary

Part-time Client Advisor for the new Oakridge Park Mall store in Vancouver responsible for delivering personalized luxury client service and achieving individual and store sales targets. The role focuses on building and maintaining a client book, promoting store events, and supporting inventory, shipping and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database and maintain client book
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and consistently follow up with clients
• Support shipping and receiving, inventory control, general housekeeping, and store image maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Computer literate and tech savvy; ability to learn and use various software programs
• Service orientation, customer-focused, and passion for luxury product and design
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus
